Important Notice:
This return policy applies only to MINI GT merchandise purchased through this website—such as apparel, caps, keychains, and other accessories. It does not cover any MINI GT model cars.

We do not sell MINI GT model cars on this site and cannot assist with returns or exchanges for them.
For any issues related to MINI GT die-cast models, please contact the original store or seller where the item was purchased.

Return Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and any attached hangtags or product tags.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery.
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or general wear.

    o A brief description of the issue

    o Photos showing the item’s condition (for damaged or incorrect items)

  • 2.Approval & Return Instructions
  • Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

  • 3.Resolution
  • If the item qualifies and is returned in acceptable condition, we will either:
    ● Ship a replacement item (subject to availability), or
    ● Issue a refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
