All items are shipped from our logistics warehouse located in California, USA. We aim to provide timely and reliable shipping for all orders, whether domestic or international.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been confirmed. For pre-order items, processing begins only after the item becomes available in stock, and customers will be notified when their order is ready for shipment.
Shipping Times & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times:

USA Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary based on country and customs processing)

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. After your order is submitted, we will confirm the shipping cost and include it in the invoice emailed to you along with the payment link.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Orders
For international customers, please be aware that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
